RETURNS POLICY

We offer a full refund under the following condition's. We will not accept or issue credit for any returned merchandise that has been washed, worn or altered.
Try on the merchandise first, leaving the manufacturer tags on the item. If the items do not fit, they must be returned within 20 Days of the purchase date in their new and original condition free from pet hair, odors of any kind (Animal, Smoke, etc) with all manufacturer tags attached and the original packaging in order.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. On International returns, you are responsible for shipping fees, taxes, duties, and all applicable custom fees on returns or exchanges.  No returns on screen prints or opened packs of underwear.

 

SHIPPING

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  As the internet shopping grows and the rate of people getting items stolen from their door, we want to let our customers know we do not take responsibility for item taken from doorsteps.  If our tracking says it was delivered to the corresponding address we can not ship another item or refund it.  We can not be responsible for those items.  If for some reason it was says it was delivered to the wrong address we will work with you and try to fix the problem if we were at fault.

Returns need to be shipped to.
