P&J Big and Tall Mans Shop offers the following Returns Policy:
We offer a full refund under the following condition's We will not accept or issue credit for any returned merchandise that has been washed, worn or altered.
Try on the merchandise first leaving the manufacturer tags on the item. If the items do not fit, they must be returned within 20 Days of the purchase date in their new and original condition free from pet hair, odors of any kind (Animal, Smoke, etc) with all manufacturer tags attached and the original packaging in order.
